These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Koe, a testimonial collection, management, and display SaaS platform (the "Service") provided by Koe ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
The Service is a SaaS platform that allows businesses to collect customer testimonials via a web form, manage and approve them from a dashboard, and display them on their own websites as embeddable widgets. We offer a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business).
You must register an account with a valid email address and password to use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old or a legal business entity. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and the security of your credentials. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is prohibited.
You may not use the Service to: - Collect or publish fabricated or fraudulent testimonials - Infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party - Engage in spam, phishing, or malware distribution - Place excessive load on the Service infrastructure - Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent - Violate any applicable laws or regulations
All intellectual property rights in the Service's software, design, and content belong to us. Intellectual property rights in testimonials collected by users belong to the respective authors or users. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use collected testimonials solely within the scope of providing the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for service interruptions, data loss, unauthorized access, or any other damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence. We do not warrant the accuracy or legality of any testimonials collected through the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without prior notice. In the event of discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users at least 30 days in advance via their registered email address. Refunds for unused paid plan periods may be provided on a pro-rata basis.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
